Terry Parkin has had a distinguished career in education working in London and across South East England. He has held amongst other roles that of Senior Education Advisor for Portsmouth City Council, Chief Inspector of Schools in Tower Hamlets, and Director of Education in Southwark. Latterly, he has served as a chief officer responsible for adults and children in two local authorities, and as a Ministerial Advisor in the Department of Health. He has also worked on behalf of the LGA and the Cabinet Office as a peer reviewer.
Director of Finance & Corporate Affairs
Sue is a Chartered Management Accountant with extensive experience in both the commercial and schools sector. She is the chief financial officer for the MAT.
Lead for Bracknell Forest and New Business Director
Richard was the founding CEO of King’s Group Academies after an outstanding career as a secondary headteacher. He has extensive experience of not only moving institutions to outstanding in Ofsted terms and maintaining that judgment over an extended period of time, but also in opening new schools.
Lead for Secondary Improvement and for East Sussex
Di is an expert strategic leader and change manager with 40 years experience in the public service sector. She had an outstanding career as a school head before joining the Training and Development Agency to implement key national reforms across the South East of England.
Lead for Primary Improvement and for work in Portsmouth
Richard is the former Director of Primary Education for the SSAT and is also a highly experienced and successful Primary School Headteacher. Richard has considerable experience of school improvement and support work across England as a National Leader of Education.

Sylvia is the former outstanding primary head teacher of the Cathedral School of St Saviour and St Mary Overy in Southwark. Sylvia has considerable experience of supporting schools as a National Leader of Education and has been instrumental in providing fast turnaround support to schools in London and the South East. She also has extensive experience of school governance.
Primary School Improvement
Keith is the highly experienced Headteacher of an “Outstanding” South East London Primary School with considerable experience of school support and improvement work. Keith is also a designated National Leader of Education.
New School Development (Operational Lead)
Gareth is recognised for his expertise in education transformation, design of learning spaces, school leadership and leading a wide range of projects. As a leading education specialist and independent advisor with 30 years experience, Gareth brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to all areas of education.
Standards & Quality Assurance
Penny was until very recently an HMI with considerable experience of school improvement and standards. Penny is a highly experienced inspector, inspecting schools throughout the UK and around the world.
Innovation & Technology (SEND)
Hannah has extensive experience in the strategic national integration of ICT in learning. She has led several of the UK’s largest leadership programmes at the National College for School Leadership (NCSL), including the highly successful Strategic Leadership of ICT (SLICT) and Building Schools for the Future programmes.
Standards and Academy Improvement/Development Support
Debbie’s school leadership, as both a Head teacher and Executive Head teacher, has consistently been judged as ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED. She is a National Leader of Education and was previously a School Improvement Partner, National Challenge Advisor and Consultant Head teacher for the National Strategies Unit.
